Refund and Return Policy
The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the provider will refund the client in full within 15 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% charge for administration costs and cancellation is only allowed before the orders are shipped.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to the Management by email on trendsearrings@gmail.com.
Because of the nature of the wearable product, returns cannot be accepted due to hygiene reasons. However, if the item received is faulty or damaged, returns will be allowed. To request a return, customers must raise any concerns within 48 hours of receiving the goods by emailing trendsearrings@gmail.com or using the website contact form. The business reserves the right to accept or reject the return, and any shipping costs will not be included in the refund amount. If a customer wishes to exchange or return products, they will be responsible for courier and other charges. Refunds will be initiated within 7-14 days after the return/refund is accepted.
